Will Aid update

This year Johnson Astills teamed up with Will Aid to help support their fundraising campaign which involves nine of the UK’s leading charities. These include Action Aid, Age UK, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, NSPCC, Save the Children, SCIAF, Sight Savers and Trócaire.

We received an overwhelming response to the scheme which started in November 2019;  Trainee Solicitors Kirsty Gasson and Priya Parmar drafted over 25 Wills under the scheme!

We would like to thank our clients for their donations to Will Aid.

If you haven’t already donated, the suggested donation is £100 for a single Will and £180 for Mirror Wills.

Did you know that we can register your Will (with your consent) via Certainty which is a national Will database. According to Will Aid, in a recent survey 67% of people did not know where to find their parent’s Will. The National Will Register therefore offers a simple and effective solution to this problem. We also offer free storage of your Wills at our Leicester office.
