Fixed Fee Financial Packages

Need to make your divorce settlement legally binding?

A key part of the divorce process is deciding how your finances will be separated. These days, this is preferably done voluntarily, which can save separating couples a lot of time, money and stress.

However, to provide security for your future, it is advisable to make any voluntary financial settlement legally binding by applying to a court for a Consent Order. This sets out the agreed terms and means both parties must comply with the agreement.

Confused about Consent Orders or any other part of divorce proceedings? We offer a fixed fee initial consultation to talk you through how divorce works, your legal rights and what you can expect from any financial settlement and arrangements for children. You can then choose a fixed fee package to suit you.
