Jane is head of our Wills and Probate Team. Jane joined Johnson Astills in 2011. She was made Associate in 2011.

Jane attended the University of Birmingham where she obtained her degree in law in 1988 and completed her Law Society Finals in 1990. Jane qualified in 1992. Initially specialising in Criminal Defence and qualifying as a Higher Court Advocate Jane now specialises in Private Client work.

Jane specialises in all aspects of Wills, Probate and Elderly Client work including:

Preparing a Will or Codicil
Administration of an Estate
Probate
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Deputyship
Advance Decisions
