Harvey Gale – SQE Trainee Solicitor

Harvey joined Johnson Astills in 2023 as a paralegal in the Family Team, having obtained his law degree from the University of Nottingham in 2022. Harvey is currently in the process of obtaining his Master’s Degree in Legal Practice with the University of Law. Following his success in passing SQE1 in January 2026, Harvey was granted the title of SQE Trainee Solicitor. From September 2026, to further his professional development, Harvey has joined the Wills and Probate Team to experience a different area of law.

Harvey assists with a variety of matters, including:

  • Preparing Wills and Codicils
  • Obtaining Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration
  • Administration of Estates
  • Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Applications for Deputyship
