Bethany attended Oxford Brookes University where she obtained her Law degree in 2018. She joined Johnson Astills in 2019 as a paralegal, completed the LPC at Nottingham Trent University and was awarded an LLM of Legal Practice in October 2020, and secured her training contact in February 2022. Bethany qualified as a Solicitor in August 2023.

Bethany deals with all aspects of Family & Children Law including:
- Domestic abuse, including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders;
- Private Law arrangements for children including Parental Responsibility Orders, Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issues Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders;
- International Child Abduction;
- Private Adoption;
- Special Guardianship Orders;
- Public Law children matters including Pre-proceedings advice, Care and Supervision Orders, Placement Orders and Adoption.

Bethany is an accredited Police Station Representative and regularly represents clients at the Police Station.
