Harvey Gale – SQE Trainee Solicitor

Harvey joined the Family Team at Johnson Astills in 2023 as a Paralegal, having obtained his law degree from the University of Nottingham in 2022. Harvey is currently in the process of obtaining his Master’s Degree in Legal Practice with the University of Law. Following his success in completing SQE1 in January 2026, Harvey has been granted the title of SQE Trainee Solicitor.

Financial settlements on divorce and between unmarried couples
Financial settlements involving high value assets and/or businesses
Private Children Act matters, such as Child Arrangement Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders
Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
