Rhian joined Johnson Astills in 2015 and provides support to the Domestic Violence and Abuse Department in all aspects of the law relating to Domestic Abuse and arrangements for children including:
- Non-molestation and Occupation Orders
- Protection from Harassment Act 1997 Orders
- Arrangements for children including Parental Responsibility Orders, Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issues Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders
- International Child Abduction
