Fixed Fee Divorce Respondent Package

Need help responding to divorce proceedings?

If your spouse has started divorce proceedings or informed you of their intention to do so, it is important to understand what you need to do and to make sure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly.

This can help your divorce to go ahead faster and more smoothly, avoiding the risk of any mistakes that could cause delays or other problems.

For a fixed price of £360 (inc VAT) our friendly, expert divorce solicitors will guide you through the entire process of responding to a divorce petition. We will ensure every detail is taken care of, making the process much simpler and less stressful for you.

This fixed price includes:

  • Legal Fees: £300
  • VAT: £60
  • Total: £360

We can work with you through email, over the phone, via video conferencing or in person (where appropriate in line with current government COVID-19 guidelines).

Confused about how divorce proceedings work and what you need to do? We also offer a fixed fee initial consultation to talk you through how divorce works, your legal rights and what you can expect from any financial settlement and arrangements for children.
