Gina Payne – Senior Associate, Solicitor, Head of Property Team

Gina is the Head of the Property Team. She joined Johnson Astills at the beginning of 2022 and was made an associate in August 2022. Gina has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Residential Property having worked in the field since qualification as a Solicitor in 2007.

Gina studied at Keele University obtaining her Law degree in 2004. She completed the Legal Practice course in 2005 at De Montfort University.

Gina and her team deal with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including:

  • freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • shared ownership
  • new builds
  • transfers of equities and re-mortgages

Gina is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Gina and her team are always willing to go that extra mile for their clients and will guide their clients through the conveyancing transaction step by step making the process as simple and stress free as possible.
