Emily joined Johnson Astills in 2022 as a Paralegal in the Care Team. Emily obtained her Law degree at the University of Derby in 2022 and went on to complete her LPC (LLM) at Nottingham Trent University graduating in 2024. Emily started her Training Contract in 2024, joining the Property Team in the same year.

Emily works to support the Residential Property team with all aspects of:

Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
New builds
Transfers of equities and re-mortgages
Help to buy redemption
Right to buy properties
Unregistered land sales
