Laura Anderson

Associate

Laura is Head of our Dispute Resolution Team and has specialised in this area since qualification in 2008. She attended De Montfort University where she completed her Law Degree in 2002 and Legal Practice Course in 2003. Laura joined Johnson Astills in 2020 and was promoted to Associate in 2021.

Laura specialises in contentious matters, including:

Disputes between co-owners of property (ToLATA disputes)
Claims for reasonable financial provision from an estate (Inheritance Act claims)
Disputes over the administration of estates
Bringing and defending claims for breach of commercial agreements
Recovery of possession of residential property
